Haupt Lakrits SÖT Sweet licorice contains 9% raw liquorice from Calabria (other liquorice varieties usually contain 2 to 6% raw liquorice). Haupt Lakrits SÖT Liquorice pieces sweet have an intense fragrance with notes of herbs, tobacco and tar. The taste is sweet and intensely spicy with a slightly smoky note. The consistency offers significant chewing resistance, the surface is dry, the mouthfeel is balanced and offers a long-lasting aftertaste.
The production takes place in the traditional way through an 8-hour cooking process and a 10-week maturation period. Haupt Lakrits SÖT Liquorice pieces sweet contain no colorings, no glossing agents and no E-additives.
